Privacy Policy and Data Protection

1. Data Controller

In compliance with personal data protection regulations (including Law 1581 of 2012 in Colombia and equivalent LatAm regulations), STRUKTTO is the data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data. All data is securely stored and processed using Google Cloud infrastructure.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we collect:

• Biographical Data: Name, email address, physical address, city, tax ID/identification number, and phone/WhatsApp number.
• Project Data: Project geographical locations, workfronts, staff names, attendance logs, and schedule tasks.
• Commercial Information: Quoted products, supplier catalogs, purchase orders, and agreed pricing.

3. Privacy and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Processing

Advanced AI functions (such as the AI Auditor and APU Generator) are processed using Google Generative AI (Gemini) secure APIs:

• STRUKTTO guarantees that we DO NOT share personally identifiable information (PII), such as passwords, internal UIDs, phone numbers, or identity documents, with the AI provider.
• Data sent to the AI API is strictly limited to the text of technical descriptions, status logs, and project schedule dates required to audit the project or suggest Unit Price Analyses (APUs).

4. Commercial and Marketplace Data

To optimize the supply chain in the construction sector, the user authorizes STRUKTTO to collect, analyze, and process commercial transaction data in an aggregated and anonymous manner (material preferences, purchase volumes, pricing trends). This data is used to generate market statistics and improve ecosystem efficiency, while keeping specific project information confidential.

5. Information Security

We implement technical and administrative security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest on Google Cloud servers, to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Your Rights and Deletion

Under data protection laws, you have the right to access, update, rectify, and request the deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, you can email soporte@struktto.com or request deletion directly from the Settings panel in the app. Account deletion permanently removes your contact and biographical data, keeping only minimal historical logs required by commercial laws.
